Ronald Cross, President - Ron was appointed President of Mayfield Plastics in 1999. He is the third generation of his family in building Mayfield into a heavy gauge thermoforming leader. He has had 30 years of comprehensive experience in all aspects of this business in thermoforming processing, tool design and building. Ron is a member of the Society of Plastic Engineers and has served on the Board of Directors for the Thermoforming Division in various capacities over a 14 year period.

In 2004, Ron opted to make a major expansion in the business by relocating Mayfield’s production to a new state of the art 60,000 square foot plant in Sutton, MA. In doing so, Ron has made a firm commitment to provide the industry with highest quality work and service from this world-class production facility.

 


Eric Jakobowicz, Executive Vice President /GM - Eric has over 27 years of management experience in the plastics industry in the thermoforming, injection molding and resin industries. During this time, he has had executive management assignments with two Fortune 500 companies while overseeing sales, marketing, business development and merger & acquisitions. Previously, he led the efforts of a number of leading national plastic packaging organizations in senior management roles.

As Executive Vice President, Eric is focused on Mayfield’s continued growth by building on the company’s reputation for high quality, service and reliability. In doing so, he has assembled a professional and knowledgeable staff dedicated to providing exceptional service in the custom heavy gauge thermoforming industry.

 

Andy Samoiloff, Vice President - Andy brings over 25 years of heavy gauge thermoforming experience in his role as Vice President. Given his extensive experience, Andy is well known as an expert in thermoforming design, assembly, trimming and production. This expertise has proven to be a significant asset in working closely with customers on developing new products and major programs.

In doing so, Andy’s knowledge has helped customers avoid pitfalls and problems associated with poor designs and resulting in projects being overdue and over budget. His experience ensures successful projects that are delivered on time, on budget with optimized designs for his New England based customers.

 

Jason Archambault, Business Development Manager Northeast - Jason is a plastics engineer from the University of Lowell. He is a classically trained in engineering and brings significant knowledge in plastic materials, processes and product development. His technical background allows him to work closely with customers in providing guidance in material selection, design review and to provide maximum production efficiency.

Jason has worked in Mayfield operations and has an extensive knowledge of thermoforming design, production and engineering. This comprehensive expertise backed by his detail oriented service supports his customer’s product and business initiatives. Jason’s responsibility is the promotion of business in the Northeast.

 

Brad Weeks, Business Development Manager Southeast - Brad is plastics engineer with over 20 years of comprehensive knowledge in the plastics industry in the thermoforming, injection molding and tool making industries in senior roles in business development and sales management. Brad has worked for a leading heavy gauge thermoforming producer in developing new markets with major accounts throughout the US.

Previously, he served as National Account Manager for a large part, custom manufacturer. He brings significant knowledge in mold and product design and years of experience in plastic business development. Brad will be based out of his office in Greenville, SC and will cover the Southeast and Mid Atlantic states.
