Our people come from a wide diversity and all have what it takes to work together to make sure our customers receive the best service and parts. Please contact us to discover what Mayfield can do for you.

Ronald Cross, President - Ron has been involved with Mayfield since his teenage days working in the factory and operating forming machinery.  He joined Mayfield fulltime in 1978 as a manager and began his career of understanding the family business by being involved with every aspect of the operation.  He has done CNC programming, operated machinery, produced molds and fixtures, overseen the maintenance and stepped in wherever needed.

In 1999, Ron was appointed President. He took over for his father Gordon, who was the driving force to get Mayfield started in 1972. Under Ron’s watch, Mayfield has continued to evolve into the world-class operation that it is today. Ron worked to purchase land in Sutton, and several years later oversaw the opening of our state-of-the-art facility we call home.  Mayfield’s custom-built 60,000 square foot facility and new machinery is the envy of many of our competitors and has allowed Mayfield to become what it is today.

Ron has a BS in Management from Bryant University, ’78.

When not in the office, Ron can be found sailing, or vacationing in the Caribbean.

His lengthy manufacturing and engineering experience are invaluable to every Mayfield client and his input can be found on almost every Mayfield project.  His ability to decline on projects that shouldn’t be done using thermoforming and the knowledge to point the customer in the right direction only reinforces Mayfield's customer loyalty.
